Chemical processing machine-after the materials for harmless disposal of animals are loaded to the rated weight, the tank mouth is closed, and high-temperature saturated steam (provided by natural gas steam boiler) is introduced into the interlayer of chemical processing tank for heating and pressure-boosting sterilization. After the temperature in the tank reaches 140 degrees (0.3Mpa), the pressure is maintained for 30 minutes, and then the drying stage is entered. After 3-4 hours of drying, the water content of the materials is reduced to 10%-. The whole process of feeding, cooking, drying and discharging takes 5-6 hours by batch processing. In this process, natural gas steam boiler is used to provide heat source, and steam is not in direct contact with the treated materials.
