Special crusher for medical waste

The crushing system mainly consists of three parts: crusher, hoist and fully sealed waste residue conveying line.

1) Structural form: The crusher is combined up and down, which is easy to disassemble, maintain and replace, and it is labyrinth-sealed, which effectively protects the bearing. Prevent foreign objects from entering and reduce the failure rate.

2) Crushing capacity: ≥2t/ hour

3) service life of the blade: the material imported from Germany can be repaired once every time it is about 5,000-6,000 tons, and it can be repaired 10 times repeatedly, with a cumulative service life of 44,000-55,000 tons;

4) The crushing capacity should be matched with the disposal capacity, and the equipment adopts double-shaft shear crusher.

5) After crushing, the overhead material receiving method shall be adopted, and the discharge port of the water breaker shall meet the material receiving requirements of the solid waste transfer vehicle to avoid spilling materials.

6) The cutters of the crusher are made of high-performance alloy steel, which can meet the normal production requirements and anti-corrosion function, and are easy to maintain. The service life of each cutter is ≥2 years.

7) When the crusher is jammed or loose, the crusher has the function of automatically eliminating the jammed or loose situation (such as automatic reverse function, automatic compression function and other ways). When the automatic control system cannot eliminate the abnormal situation, the equipment has manual control function.

8) The running state of crusher silo should be equipped with monitoring device and connected to the central control room.

9) The whole set of automatic production line should be based on two sets of crushing links, one of which meets the crushing function of two sets of automatic production lines, and the other has the lifting and overturning function (subject to the actual situation on site after winning the bid).

10) The crushed medical waste is directly received by the solid waste transfer vehicle, and the height of the discharge port of the crusher should meet the direct receiving demand of the solid waste transfer carriage body (the reference size of the solid waste transfer carriage body is 3.4m* 2m* 2m high, subject to the actual situation on site after winning the bid).

11) Improve the lifting capacity of the feeding device ≥500kg.

The crusher consists of a double-shaft shredder, a motor, a reducer, a bearing, a control cabinet and a moving knife.

The crusher adopts labyrinth seal to effectively protect the bearing. Prevent foreign objects from entering and reduce the failure rate.

The inner lining plate of crusher adopts wear-resistant steel plate with Brinell hardness of 450HB, which has good cold bending property and effectively ensures the service life of crusher.

With overload protection function, the overload protection system of crusher can effectively protect the machine once it encounters indestructible or difficult-to-break materials.
